Microfiber PU synthetic leather
is the abbreviation of microfiber PU synthetic leather, which is made of non-woven fabric with three-dimensional structure network through carding and needling, then through wet processing, PU resin containing leaching, alkali reduction, skin-breaking, brushing, dyeing and finishing, and then through PU dry lamination finally made of microfiber leather. It is the third generation of artificial leather after PVC artificial leather and PU synthetic leather. The difference with PVC leather and PU is that its base fabric is microfiber, not ordinary knitted fabric or woven fabric, its essence is a kind of non-woven fabric, but the fineness is only 1/20 of ordinary non-woven fiber or even finer.
It is because of the ultra-fine fibers of its base fabric, while through the PU polyurethane resin impregnation, completely simulates the organization of natural leather, and therefore has more excellent properties that ordinary artificial leather does not have, from the structure of the natural fibers closer to the leather. In a way, its high scratch resistance, high wear resistance, high tear, high peel, no fading and other part of the performance even beyond the leather. It also has the advantages of acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, superior environmental performance; uniform quality, efficient utilization, suitable for large-scale production, beautiful price, etc.
