PVC leather
PVC leather is made by coating PVC resin, plasticizer, stabilizer and other auxiliary agents on fabric, or laminating a PVC film, and then processed by a certain process. The product has high strength, easy processing and low cost.
Production method
1. Calendering method
The use of calender rollers between the role of extrusion pressure, so that the material plastic flow deformation, and finally made with a certain cross-sectional size specifications of the specified cross-sectional collection of shape of the film, or rubber covered with textile surface to make a certain cross-sectional thickness of the tape processing process.
2. Dry process (see below for details of release paper method and coating method)
Transfer coating transfer coating method of transferring a formed continuous film to a fabric substrate. It is an indirect coating process. In the patterned "release paper" with direct coating method first coated with a tight film, glossy surface coating, dried and coated with the main film layer and adhesive layer, and then laminated with the fabric substrate, the release paper is peeled off after pressing, heating and curing.
PU synthetic leather
PU is the abbreviation of poly urethane, the chemical Chinese name is "polyurethane", PU leather is the epidermis of polyurethane composition. PU leather has good and bad quality, good PU leather is even more expensive than real leather, good shaping effect and bright surface!
Production method
1. Dry process
Dry production methods are mainly direct scraping method and release paper method.
1, direct coating scraping method production chart: open roll - storage - ironing ---- first coating scraping ----- first oven - the first cooling - the second coating scraping ---- second oven ---- second cooling ---- roll take
2、Production chart of release paper method: Release paper unwinding ---- storage ---- first coating table ----- first oven ---- first cooling ----- second coating table ----- second oven --- second cooling ----- third coating table ------ lamination (base cloth) --- third oven ------ third oven ----- third cooling ----- peeling ( Synthetic leather take off roll) ----Release paper roll take off
Step: Firstly, cover the textile fiber cloth with PU resin evenly, and then immerse the textile fiber cloth covered with PU resin into the solidification tank with water to replace the DMF in the coating with water molecules, this replacement process can also achieve the effect of curing the coating into a film. When the PU resin layer is semi-solidified, the PU resin layer is embossed by using the mold with patterns engraved on the surface, and then the textile fiber cloth is taken out and put into the washing tank for further maturation to obtain PU synthetic leather with three-dimensional patterns on the surface.
Microfiber leather
The full name of microfiber leather is "microfiber reinforced PU leather", which is coated with PU coating on the basis of the base fabric made of microfiber. It has excellent wear resistance, excellent cold resistance, breathability and aging resistance.
Microfiber leather mainly has the following characteristics.
1, folding fastness can be comparable to natural leather. Room temperature bending to 200,000 times without cracking low temperature (-20 ℃) bending 30,000 times without cracking (temperature resistance, mechanical good).
2、The elongation rate is moderate (good leather feeling).
3、High tear strength and peel strength (wear resistance, tear strength, high tensile strength).
4, from production to use, environmental performance is superior.
Some of the top foreign microfiber leather is extremely technological and will be more expensive than genuine leather for high-end applications. The appearance effect of microfiber leather is most like genuine leather, and its products are also better than natural leather in terms of thickness uniformity, tear strength, color vividness and leather utilization, which has become the development direction of contemporary synthetic leather.
Microfiber staple fiber is made into three-dimensional structure network of nonwoven fabric by carding and needling, and then finally made by wet processing (see PU synthetic leather wet process), PU resin impregnation, alkali reduction, and abrasive skin dyeing and finishing processes.
Finally
Practice has proved that the various excellent properties of synthetic leather are irreplaceable by natural leather, and from the analysis of domestic and foreign markets, synthetic leather has also replaced natural leather with insufficient resources in large quantities. The use of artificial leather and synthetic leather for bags, clothing, shoes, vehicles and furniture decoration has been increasingly affirmed by the market, and the wide range of its application, the large number and variety are not satisfied by the traditional natural leather.
